Who Are We? We are the Angel of Hope Committee that consists of members of the Bereaved Parents of USA, Tampa Bay Chapter, and AMEND. Both organizations have been helping families in the Tampa Bay community for over 35 years. Angel of Hope Memorial Garden is a Florida 501(c)(3) Corporation. AMEND – Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Experiencing Neo-natal Death.
